Aguas Andinas (lit. “Andean Waters”) is the main water utility company serving Santiago, the capital of Chile. This animated video was displayed at customer service points to inform users about new bill payment methods. The visuals were designed to reflect everyday urban scenes—such as bus stops, metro stations, and payment queues—making the content relatable and easy to understand for a wide audience.
My role: I was responsible for illustrating and animating the backgrounds, crafting familiar city environments to enhance the clarity and accessibility of the message.
