Between 2020 and 2023, I worked as the principal motion graphics designer at Good, a Santiago-based agency. I developed campaigns for Sodimac Chile, a leading home improvement retailer with over 40,000 employees and a strong presence across Latin America. These projects were carried out remotely, catering to the needs of one of Good’s key clients.
The campaigns focused on internal communications and social media, using videos, animations, tutorials, testimonial videos, and campaign development. Their primary purpose was to engage employees and communicate essential information about company changes, benefits, special days, events, and news. The need for video-based communication grew significantly during the COVID-19 pandemic, making these campaigns vital for connecting with employees. The content was shared through internal company channels and displayed in stores, ensuring effective dissemination.
My role included various responsibilities: motion design, video editing, storyboarding, character animation, and logo animations. Also, direction for in-situ for several video shoots. I worked closely with the agency’s creative team to ensure each project aligned with the brand’s identity and communicated effectively to its audience.
